The first edition dates back to 2006 and, for several years, it was a relatively small festival, which attracted few fans, curious to taste tasty beers of Belgian origin.
With the passage of time, however, it has become an event for 8000 visitors a year, with people from all over Europe, anxious not only to taste craft and international beers, but also to admire the beauties of Val d'Arbia, of Siena , of the Val d'Orcia and of all Tuscany.
The context in which the Festival is located, Buonconvento 25 km from Siena, is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, located in the middle of the Crete Senesi.
